Some of the staff were excellent and some really unhelpful. Only two ladies spoke English and the rest were sully and disinterested and sometimes downright rude or could not understand what was required when spoken to in English.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Most important thing for us is the Muslim restaurant that is available in the hotel and other Muslim restaurants nearby. We are really very happy. Great shopping area too!!

very disapointed about the cleanless of the room: towel, sheet, carpet, spring were very dirty , the room hall also.

The palm garden restaurant was great and the pool area is very private and calm. An ideal hotel to relax, with little money.

The location is great, but the cleanliness of the bed sheet & the blanket were very poor. Everyday we woke up & found our skin being bitten by small insect or bugs or what....

Location is good, price is quite reasonable, but definitely request a Tower room since those rooms are refurbished and much nicer; the regular rooms are a bit shabby and frayed, although serviceable enough.

Generally valued as budget hotel. Staffs were friendly. Services can be a little more efficient and more smiles to make more pleasant days!

Need a cheaper (expected around 30% of current price) internet service. Best way is to have it available overnight.
