Bathroom floor slippery but overall a pleasant environment for family. I like the car jockey service which was provided free of charge by the hotel.

This hotel is in the middle of the city where tourist spots and shopping centers are very accessible. You can just walk around.

Got my room preference as what I stated online (rooms with window, 2nd floor, non-smoking room, queen size bed). Room is good with TV, clean shower, clean sheets, coffee-tea making facitlities with hot n cold water dispenser provide in lower floor. Overall I had a good stay there. However, the traffic is a bit too noisy in the morning as the window is facing the main road.

The hotel location and price was attractive. Quite well maintain and clean. I was surprise with the car parking service, the car park attendants were helpful and I feel safe for my car thou is a small hotel. They have some basic need for us like water cooler and ironing in the out side area where the guest can use it freely at their convenient time if there is no body Q up to use it.
Suggestion; they do not allow late check out, and said that after 12pm they will charge RM50 for half day till 5pm, maybe they can allow late check out till 2pm as many hotel use to do if room is available. Also TV program limited but was ok for me because I just need a place to sleep. The room had some “smelled” maybe my room was without window but I still can accept it. Anyway, I really enjoy the stay there I will go back again. Thank you.

Location of hotel is good. However, for rooms facing the main road, there is some traffic noise which is more noticeable in the quiet of the night while sleeping. Check in is a breeze and front desk staff are warm and friendly. Rooms are quite small, so little space for kids to run about if you have children staying too. Impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and decor is modern, simple but pleasant. Bathroom and water from tap is clean too. Compared to Holiday Inn, we slept much more comfortably in Fenix Hotel although it is a budget hotel. The beds are reasonably firm and the pillows have good support. The bedlinen is of good quality, very smooth and cool to the touch. The hotel carpark is a problem though if you drive. Parking space is very restricted and if you drive out of the carpark onto the main road while reversing, you have to be very careful. A car valet is there to help anyway which makes things easier. Overall, a very good value for money hotel to choose from if you are on budget. Will recommend Fenix to friends.

Good value for money with very good location right in the heart of the city. Jockey service was provided free of charge for those who have a car. Saved me the trouble of looking for a parking space and parking my car.

Great service, clean rooms with above the average ammenities, very comfortable stay for such a great price! I especially love the Duvet bedding.
