Everything I expected. Very satisfied. Very close to everything, but on a quiet deadend street. I would stay there again.

Expat is good for the price the room was basic, Bed and pillows hard as nails but I liked that, TV, Bar Fridge, Shower, free safety box in lobby, pools was always clean, very private with a guard on the entrance, four computers with internet access (extra $$$ but cheap) are available as well as WIFI if you have your own PC. One thing the website did not mention was the huge range of food available from the hotel and cheap ie; Amercan breakfast $100BHT. A very SHORT walk from the top end of Bangla Rd. A laundry facility, Massgage and hairdresser is next door as well as . Highly suitable for singles/couples without kids. Check out was at 1pm. Scales to weigh bags would be great, I used the laundry ladies.

The room is nice but it could have been better if the shower sprinkle is working well. The flow of water is very little which consumes time when taking a bath.

This hotel is right in the middle of the night life of patong beach. If you are looking to be right in the action from the night market to the crazy night life this hotel is for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet, for get about it.

The soi name of the hotel posted on the internet appears to be not correct. I was told the hotel reception staff were supposed to work at 7:00am in the morning. On the check-out date, I took the morning flight and need to check out at around 7:00am. The staff only came back on at 7:30am that day! There is small queue there already. I was the first one waiting there but someone jumped the queue when she came back. On the date of arrival, I took a taxi from Phuket airport to the hotel. The taxi driver, a young man, asked me whether to take his taxi again on the date I leave. He promised me to arrive at the hotel at 7:30am and gave me his HP number. However, he did not show up (I started waiting at the hotel reception at 6:30am that morning). When the reception staff came back at 7:30am, I asked her to help call this driver (as he speaks only little English). The taxi driver lied to her he already arrived at 7:am and waited for me for a while and left afterwards. Private offer like this cannot be trusted. I then asked the reception staff to help book a taxi for me. The taxi company said I need to wait for 30 minutes. Finally I just went out to the street and have to pay almost double for some taxi waiting for desperate tourists.
