Checking in was bad, the staff was not aware of our bookings. Housekeeping was call the last minute to cleaning up of room, the surroundings has a lot of mosquitoes, pool was not properly maintained. Complimentary cakes was being eaten by someone when we were out, staff placed it on the balcony and was being eaten. Food was not bad for the high price we paid, the villa was abit expensive for a low maintanance unit.
