The location of this hotel is good as it is at the city centre. This hotel did not provide porter service. This is a disadvantage for a treveller with a lot of luggage as I am. The parking lot is so limited which is not enough for the guests.
The room I stayed is ok but it is not carpeted which I prefered. The bed is of low quality. I think should have better qulity.

Overall is ok, worth to your money. but the cafe need to improve, as the serivces is quite late. i means the used dishes late to pick up from the table.
The lobby is nice. I like it. But i think the lift need to upgrade as it used the 'spring' sensor, my child nearly clamped at the lift. If the lift use the infrared sensor, then the safety will much more better.

breakfast need more choice like have honey start,confat,ect....yourgurt,choice of fruit. For building need clean , sheet need change. for towel got cannot have substance. is got bathtub need have stop water tub.

Bilik hotel lepas renovation.Dinding masih bersimen.Belum bercat.Aircond tak bertutup.Setahu saya front office memberitahu tingkat itu baru lepas renovation.Saya harap lain kali saya tidak akan dapat bilik macam tu lagik.Suami saya yang banyak complaint.Tapi difikirkan kami sekeluarga cuma nak berehat je di bilik tu.Jadik selepas saya complaint baru aircond ditutup dgn cover.

Bossy restaurant in-charge. Rude and uncompromising. Breakfast variety is terrible. Coffee is bad. Setup and cleaniness of restaurant is bad. Hotel service personnel are sweaty and smells.

Excellent location near the jetty and main town area. The facilities are ok but wished the swimming pool would be better. Rooms are compact and quite spacious. convienient for those who love to shop.

We were given 3 rooms - bed sheets were old, faded in colour. Floors were dirty. Even worse, fungal growth seen at walls. Leaking pipes at ceiling of toilets, water at water outlet backflow into toilet when shower were used. ( Pictures were taken )
Sales manager ( a lady talked in indian slang ) was rude and slammed the phone when we requested to cancel the hotel. Luckily the owner was kind enough to upgrade the rooms to king suite without extra charges. It can be a nice hotel to stay with if management rectify the above issues and put more polite, guest-friendly staffs to assist guests.
