We were very happy when we book the hotel, after checking in we found the room toilet was barely furnished. the toiletries look kind of old, only 1 set was given despite having 3 beds. no plants or flowers to decorate a homely atmosphere. the toilet walls in the shower has brown algae and very dirty looking. the bath tub look clean and look closer at the water outlet you can see brown algae growing. the towel was very thin and dirty looking. i did not sit on the potty instead had to use the toilet which look cleaner at the lobby area. when talking to one of the receptionist another girl came and interrupted without apologising. the telephone cannot be used very disapointed. will never introduced my guests to this hotel again. No courtesy
