Dusit Laguna was an absolute haven for us. We had no difficulties or situations which could not be easily rectified and all staff from managerial, reception - welcomers, waiting & cleaning attendants were wonderful and extremely friendly. Next time we would appreciate not having the 2 or 3 phone sales calls though.

I HAVE BEEN LAGUNA PHUKET LAST YEAR BUT STAY AT OTHER HOTEL, OVERALL THE AREA AND SERVICE ARE VERY GOOD, SO THIS YEAR I COME BACK AGIAN. AND I SEARCH DUSIT WEB SITE DISCOVER THEY HAVE SOME SPECIAL PROMOTE, SO I CHOOSE THEM, AFTER THE TRIP WE ALL FEEL EXCELLENT AND WE DEDICE TO COME AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

lots of issues we had 2 meals of poor quality, i could not read at night poor lights,the tv was awful and full of hotel ads and kept going off every 10mins, prices of many items huge laundry charges45$for 6 items crazy,,, drink cost wery high,, 45$for pick up car when taxi 20$to airport, could not swim in sea,,, they are too gready in an area which should be better priced

Its is not the hotels fault but I would not book again in the low season as there were very few people in the restaurants or around the resort.

The Dusit Thani Phuket is a truly beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and restaurants. It makes for a holiday never to be forgotten each time you stay.

We wanted a quiet and luxurious place to unwind for the few days we had, and this was perfect! The staff was attentive, the food abundant and delicious, and the beauty and peacefulness surrounding us was evident everywhere. It was a completely relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good hotel. The standard service which you expect from any other 5 star hotel. Room was decently decorated though nothing spectecular. Can be quite costly to get to and from Patong from the Hotel. This hotel is best suited for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. Good relaxed atmosphere.
