I was very happy with the Dusit Thani Bangkok. The staff are extremely professional and friendly and the facilities are excellent.

Now that I have stayed at the Dusit Thani Bangkok, I would not consider staying at any other hotel in Bangkok. This Hotel is truely amazing. The service provided exceed my expectations. It is obvious that The staff at the Dusit Bangkok are trained to give exceptonal service. The Hotels loacation close to the Skytrain and MRT was an added bonus. We stayed in both a Grand Room and a Thai Suit. The breakfast provided was excellent. The ambience and staff service at il Cielo restaurant again far exceeded expectations. The club floor provided an opportunity to mix and mingle with other hotel guests in a relaxed and friendly environment. The Swimming pool (although small) was a welcome escape from the heat in Bangkok. My only dissapointment was the renonavation works being conducted on the second level reception area and some car park areas within the hotel grounds. I will be back at the Dusit at my next earlist available opportunity. Thank You Dusit

The processing time for check in is almost 1 hrs and there is lack of information for the traveller. the front of the hotel is messy with a lot of cars, dust layout is bad, the hotel room carpet and curtain are not clean and smells

Very friendly, responsive and helpfull staff, club level rooms are great value for money. Multiple restaurants in the hotel ranging from good to excellent. The inclusive breakfast in El Cielo is outstanding. Excellent location with easy access to mass transportation. Great spa and nice pool.
