I had been travelling before to other places, other than club med, i never knows that the other resort can provide such a pleasant service. They make us feel at home. Eventhough we are there alone but we never feel isolated. From the minutes we arrived until depart to airport, we are happy with the hotel services. The overall rate i will be given upon 100% are 80%

excellent facilities. friendly staff. the waterfall displayed on the web site was not in the pools as displayed.

no superier bungalow were available,and were given rooms. there were only single beds in the room, the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor, the rooms were a long way away from facilitys and the largest swimming pool water was mirky and green rendering it unsatisfactory to swim in. Medium size swimming pool was great though, and dinning area and food was excellent.

Good points :- Large pools with plenty of sun loungers. In pool bar.Helpful staff. Bad points :- The tap and shower water was an obviously dirty yellow colour (you wouldnt wash your hands in it never mind shower in it!) My room had a bad ant infestation which was dealt with. The grounds are epic. It took 10 mins just to get from my room to the front gate. Summary - maybe they were having a bad week with the ants & water and if so I can see the attraction for familys and couples with the excellent pool facilities. Location wise its 3 mins walk (from the front gates) to patong beach. Overall 3/5
