Excellent value. Friendly staff, nice rooms and while not the prime location in Aonang, only a 5 minute walk to the action. Would definitely stay again.

Good points:
1. Very cozy small hotel, good gardening, feel like home.
2. Staff are friendly and helpful.
3. I stayed there before the high season, so, I got a very good rate and feel it really worthwhile for staying there.
Not too good points:
1. The resort is located at a relatively newly developed area. You have to pass a few construction sites to arrive the hotel and it is really dark to walk late at night. We took motor-taxi back every night after message. But when all the hotels nearby have completed, expect it will be much better. Also, note that it is not beach front. But seems not many hotels at Ao Nang are really beach front.
2. Because the hotel only has 20 rooms, so, maybe it is difficult to serve buffet breakfast. Breakfast (during low season) composes of : tea/coffee, juice, mixed fruit, toast, omelette only.
Anyway, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will recommend to those who are traveling on mid-level budget. They have 2 umbrellas at each room and are especially useful when it usually rains during sunset.
