Excellent service. Great location with 25th floor view. Brand new Plasma TV but need better tunning. Allow cash payment to avoid my credit card extra charges. Lovely breakfast and complimentary newspaper. definitely will stay again.

i liked the place. neat, clean and relatively cheap....although u could spend another 20 dollars and get something like the novotel which is more modern, new..etc.

The location was fair, 10 min walk to Kl Pavilion Shopping mall. The overall cleanliness of the room is fair. The only bad thing was there was lip stick mark on the hotel room cup which I think they did not washing it clean.

If you want to celebrate the holiday season or any special occasion with your family in Kuala Lumpur, then this hotel is not for you. You might think it will save you money on the promos or specials they put out, but this is only a marketing gimik. They will deceit you with Filthy rooms & broken fixture.
I am so embarrassed that my family had to experience that. Imagine spending money on travel tickets and expecting a good, clean hotel. Upon arrival when my mom went to the Toilet, imagine her disgust & horror to find out that feces are floating in the basin!!!!!
Please better spend a bit more on finding a better hotel than this one. Also, instead of giving us a better room, they charges us with an upgraded room!!! Talk about customer service.

The reservation staff did not minus the 10% deposit that I have paid to Asia Web Direct Co. Ltd in my invoice after I checked out. Please look into this so that I will be reimbursed. Thank you.

In general the hotel service, rooms, location and facilities are very good. I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stop here again. We had a delux room which is a good size with a kingsize bed, a decent size bathroom with bath and shower and satellite tv. Only thing that spoilt it on this occassion was the noise coming from the room above until 3am. We had to call reception twice to complain.
