I will NOT recommend for travellers who is looking for a good night sleep / rest the bed and pillow is old. The reception staff is unfriendly.

The hotel was very good. We were well satisfied. The best tour service we have ever had at a hotel.. The young man went well beyond the call of duty to assist us.

The hotel was very comfortable but the pricing should have been made a little lower and also breakfast should have been part of the tariff.

Except for the narrow lanes at the basement car park which can be quite diffifult for big cars to manoeuvre, it is a great hotel and value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Great location with 25th floor view. Brand new Plasma TV but need better tunning. Allow cash payment to avoid my credit card extra charges. Lovely breakfast and complimentary newspaper. definitely will stay again.

i liked the place. neat, clean and relatively cheap....although u could spend another 20 dollars and get something like the novotel which is more modern, new..etc.
