Impressed I got a room with sea, mountain and city view in the center of town. Room is clean and spacious. Concierge is very helpful. Breakfast is a little disappointing with variety.

Room is clean and staff are helpful. BF is always the same and limited. Have to take taxi to Gurney and nearest shopping center. Penang Plaza got nothing only Giant.

The location is excellent if one possess a driving vehicle. Well connected to all main roads in Penang. Within walking distance to the New Work Park and Foodcourt.

They accomodate me - i arrive at the hotel at 9 o clock. The usual check in time is at 2 pm. However, they allowed me to be in the room without no extra charge from 9 am onwards
