the hotel rooms are beautiful, extremely comfortable beds beautiful pool and gym and wonderful view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and beach was clean.
There is still comstruction going on at the resort as well as a new complex just beginning construction next door; so there was constant noise beginning at 8am.
There was a small golf course on site; but nowhere was it mentioned on the wesite; so we did not take clubs, nor did the resort have any available.

This is a beutiful new hotel It is stated that it is on jomtien beach it is on the beach but miles from anywhere. It is a 300bht trip in to town each way. there is also some serious building work going on next to it.
The menus etc are geared to Russian visitors
Breakfast was good and the staff are very nice.

Splendid hotel, excellent facilities, brand new, not many people. The only BIG problem: location. The hotel is not only far enough away from dirty Pattaya and its clientele -- but unfortunately away from really everything: restaurants, any sort of shops etc. Also heavy construction under way exactly next to the resort.

Upgraded on arrival, for the price which was over 500bht per night i thought it was over priced. Biggest let down was the staff service, front desck and maids where good. The restruant staff very ordinary, no hello, goodmorning, nothing.
If they woant to charge top price they need the service to go
