I needed to change my reservation dates shortly before our stay and the hotel was very nice in helping us change our reservations. Nice overall, a little closer to the beach would be nice though.

I really enjoyed my stay at Diamond Cottage. The room is big and the food is good. Would stay at Diamond again!

think the staff changed his policy. because this time we were treated like unwanted guests. my friend had arrived one night before and told us, which rooms we would get, but when we arrived, he had already checked out because of the behaviour of the staff and we got instead his room, which was the worst room available. we still stayed 4 of our 10 nights we had booked, and tried to change the room, but staff was so unfriendly, so we had to move out and cancel after 4 nights, because we could not stand it any more. the construction site just opposite our room was loud from 7 in the morning, we could not keep the courtains open, and the staff was laughing about us,,,,

had a good experience of this hotel from many years. but this years it changed to the worse. they were giving me the worst room of the house, told me that because i booked latestays i could get no other room. told us that the hotel was fully booked, in reality it was half empty. had to move out after one night because i could not stand it any more. called latestays to change the hotel. was even charged one night more.

Hotel was lovely and staff were friendly and polite. No problems and every query we had was dealt with. Facilities were great and we really enjoyed the free 30 minute thai massage. Very enjoyable stay.
