The behaviour of the staff was not up to the standards as per the ratings of the hotel. The location of the hotel is not very convenient if one wants to enjoy a stroll on the streets of Phuket. Overall I feel its not worth the price you pay.

Diamond Cottage is a nice hotel with friendly staff and good location. Nice rooms, all in all much value for money!

Was that ersta times on the internet, but I must say it has everything worked perfectly!
Back to the hotel!
If you are on holiday from the unfriendly Thais living is hard to make the DIAMOND COTTAGE RESORT exactly right!
For Phuket, the Hotel is much too expensive!
May this hotel also some stars, this is not justified!
English to talk with the staff is an impossibility!
Goods glad when we are 3 nights were behind us, as we just above the usual channel of the plant!
A "perfect" HOLIDAYS: unfriendly and smell worse!! :-(
Unfortunately not recommended!

The room is big, clean and spacious. 10 to 15 min walk to the nearby Karon beach. They provide a reasonable price for the spa.

the pool wieu from the first etage was not good, so we asked for a change to the second etage. After three days we got a other room at the second etage.

Nice hotel but located in an area with traffic and at the time building constructions. Nice poolarea and a nice spa, although rather expencive. The bar could improve as they had problems with the drink menu but we found that most hotel bars did not know the drinks in the menu. Good breakfast. Internet room full of mosquitos and no aircondition - could improve.
