Internet service is really bad. Was duped into purchasing another wireless adaptor. Had to pay 350 BHTS per day for internet service that was supposed to be included and did not work 70% of the time. Cleaning crew and handy man does very good work. Hotel office staff is not friendly. There is a real lack of hot water. This hotel is too expensive for what is recieved. We will never go back.

fantastic location right overlooking the sea with breath taking views from both apartment and pool. in room facilities could do with modernising such as t.v. nice quiet location away from the noise of bars. very friendly staff. steep hill to walk up to hotel although not too challenging. easy access to beach and local shops.

Absolute a very lovely place to stay. It is situated very pictureresque and away from the crowds but very close to beach and shopingarea - 3-5 min walk, but you can jump to the watar from the small cliffs if you are a little fit. Fine for snorkeling. The swimmingpool is not big, but clean and fine with the greatest view over the Andamman Sea while you swim. Only 20 rooms - separated and privat each with terrace (luxus) or balcony overlooking the sea and - the beach with the crowds :-) - it was perfect - great value for money. Madrasses on the sunchairs would have been nice, but ok without. Very reasonable prices for serving drinks and food at the swimmingpool - cheaper than om the beach. Very very nice.

Good service with the high speed wireless network, but that was not told in the description by asia web.

This hotel is located with excelent view, but it´s not worth the price. The room was in need of repair. The bed was old and broken. To soft.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in Kata Beach, Phuket. The views from the villas and the pool are gorgeous, especially at sunset. The restaurant is impeccable, very tasty, traditional Thai food that was good value for money. Some of the furniture could do with upgrading - the bed was a little bendy in the middle. Other than that - fantastic.

Excellent view of the beach and water; but no direct access. The location was high enough that breeze excellent. Easy to see all the beach activity. We really liked it and met our needs in all ways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would go there again.
