On the day of our arrival, the cups in the room were coffee stained and toilet bowl was dirty. On the third day of our stay, our private jacuzzi broke down and was unrepaired till the next day despite repeated request for repair. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Spa wing room is good; we usually stayed outside most of the daytime and returned in the evening; though Spa wing rooms are good they are expensive when compared to garden wing ... if you are going to spend more time outside the hotel then i suggest you take the garden wing wihch is cheaper.
In terms of services I would rate the hotel as POOR. The staff does not understand English very well. The room service is bad. They ask hundred questions if you ask for towels, shampoo, foam batch etc. Annoying questions like why do you need it, are the earlier ones finished, how many people are staying in the room. I mean come on is it too much to ask for?
For me I recommend staying in this hotel only for the cheap price of the garden view room.

Staff is friendly and well-trained. Breakfast spread is excellent. Within walking distance to shopping centre, food park, beach and shops.

Great location. Not far from the heart of Patong. The spa view room was great and would highly recommend it.

It is a very beautiful resort, has a great pool, wonderful buffet breakfast and very nice staff. The only complaint is that it lists that they have a fitness center, but it is really only a few pieces of equipment and not by any means is it a fitness center.

Deevana is a beautiful resort & the service is excellent. My family & I will surely choose Deevana if we were to go to Phuket again.
