Olimme toukokuun alussa 2008 reilun viikon majoittuneena tähän hotelliin ja valinta oli oikein hyvä. Sijainniltaan hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, hyvät palvelut hintaansa nähden. Uima-allasalue oikein kiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Vierailumme aikana meri ei ollut aaltojen takia uimakelpoinen, joten allas oli oikeassa käytössä. Majoituimme rivitalotyyppisissä asunnoissa (garden site) ja ovet ovat hiukan pieniä aukkoihinsa eli aika hervottomat raot. Tästä seuraa että itikoita oli huoneissa runsaasti. Kannattaa myrkyttää tai ostaa paikallisesta ostarista sähkökäyttöinen kärpäslätkä (sellainen paljon isompi ja tehokkaampi kuin suomesta saa ostettua). Tähän hotelliin tullaan uudelleen. Tyttäremme sairastui ja tarvitsi lääkärihoitoa. Hotellin respa hommasi lääkärin paikalle esimerkillisesti kymmenessä minuutissa.

garden view room at first floor is not good, too many mosquitos and ants, not clean enough.

I really liked this Hotel, my choice was mostly based on travel reviews and I have to admit that those reviews were correct. I stayed with my wife and daughter 6 years and our 10 month old baby for about two weeks and do not regret one hour. This Hotel is for the one of the cheaper ones well worth the money. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had some trouble with my rental car and they even let me use their own cellular phone and supported me until the problem was solved. The rooms are of good size and clean at least in the spa wing and the lower rooms have all a jacuzzi on the porch. The breakfast was good with a good choice and they didnt even charge me for my 6 year old who was supposed to pay a few baht. I honestly can can recommend this hotel and defiantely would stay there again, however i heard some comments regarding a lot of moszuitos in the garden wing rooms and one day they couldnt get the pool clean due to some filter problems. Recommend to bring or purchase some mosquito spray we also had some in our room, but hey thats Thailand and something you can not avoid.

I suggest Asia Web to add in another column for travellers to choose on the type of bed they want, whether single or twin. We stated 2 pax in the internet (It is standard format as it asked only the no. of person), but when we checked in, we had been given a room of 2 single beds. We asked to change to a twin bed room, the hotel customer service refused to do so. According to them, we did not mention during the booking. After some arguments, finally they agreed to change for us.

The staff was extremely UNhelpful especially to my friends. Also for a 3 or 4 star resort in a tourist area that used to be a british colony their English skills were horrable! It was difficult to get anything across to the staff. Also the rooms not on the spa wing are not worth renting. They smell of mold, and my friends who reserved on that end complained of televisions, phones and other things not working. Those rooms also do not have good locks for the rooms and do not have safes. The Spa wing rooms on the other hand are very nice and are worth their value. The best part is the free breakfast.

Hôtel un peu en retrait de la vie trépidente de Patong tout en étant très proche du centre de la ville.
Chambre donnant sur la piscine côté jardin très agréable.
Personnel sympatique et efficace.
Séjour globalement très agréable
