Good value for money. Not much difference between the rooms. Executive is same as Crown Club. Only difference is a coctail a day for free.

Disappointed unable to use the swimming pool just because there was a private function nearby. Should look into other guests needs too because some of them were not staying long in the hotel.

The hotel is in general good. But the room service was slow when we requested to by supplied with towels which were not available in the room. The swimming pool is a realtively good size. So, for a swimming enthusiast, it is attractive. However, the closing hour is. I think, too early. It is hard to arrange for time to use the pool with planned daily activities.

Disappointed with check in as I was made to wait for at least an hour as room was not cleaned. For a 5 star hotel,it was extremely mediocre with the service and food.Very inconvenient for parking.Would never want to stay at this hotel again and will never recommend to anyone!

Poor services as upon checking-in, I was given a room which hv been occupied by other guests. A new room was given but lock was faulty & on upon second compliant, duty manager accompanied me to room where door was only accesible using his master key. The key given to me was unable to access to room till I departed. Really poor service.

I stayed in the Crown Princess for approximately one week whilst at a conference. The staff were courteous, efficient, and would happily go out of their way to be helpful. I was initially put into a room without a room safe and an internet socket, but was very quickly moved to a room that better fitted my requirements. The room I stayed in was large, and well furnished with superb panoramic views of the city. The room maintenance was generally good, but the on suite bathroom was quite tatty and let the hotel down. The restaurants were really superb, I had meals à la carte in the Chinese restaurant and also the Indian restaurant and in both cases the food was reasonably priced and of the highest quality. This combined with exemplary waiter service made dining at the Crown Princess a pleasure.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Prince hotel and would be quite happy to stay there again.

I took 3 IDD calls to Sri Lanka dn the Hotel has charged me approx RM 300 (total duration is around 18 minutes) which I beleive is very high. The rates are very unreasonable.

The hotel was great! We had a problem with the restaurant inside called Prime Grill. We waited 30minutes to get a bottle of wine served as most of the wines on the list was not available. Then the lady that served us just put it in the ice bucket without opening it. She also made a mistake with my order in regards to cooking time to I had to send it back. We expected the service to be better. I will not recommend this restaurant, the service was very bad! At the end of our stay the restaurant charged us twice for our meal.
