Modern, spacious, convenient. Limited food outlets but you could go to the Four Seasons or Grand Hyatt Erawan if you wanted exceptional hotel restaurant food. As BTS transport is most convenient in Bangkok the hotel is .5 km away ands the hotel offers free TukTuk transport. Very attentive and friendly service but perhaps a little over bearing in the cafe. Very good value for money.

An excellent modern hotel. Great rooms, lovely swimming pool. The only issue is a lack of choice for restaurants. There is only one mediocre restaurant and a quite disappointing bar. I will return but these drawbacks are a shame in such a lovely hotel.

As this is a brand new hotel, everything is new. Breakfast is good, staffs are friendly but we are not happy with the housekeeping as one of the day no replenishment of shower cap and the new towels are not fold nicely but left them all on top of the toilet seat. Second day, no floor mat and we need to call the hsekeeping for them. Location is a little inconvenient for shoppers as you need 10 mins walk to to major shopping malls but it is good for those who visit the Four Face Buddha (Erawan Shrine). Must bring along hotel location map for cab drivers as many do not know this new hotel.
