Hotel was in poorly maintained condition. Reception staff, Faizal, was very unfriendly to us when we requested for late checkout. He gave us a room that has not been made, there were still rubbish and cigarette stubs in the room!

location excellent, near KLCC and near MCA building for those who wants to apply for UK/US Visa. Reasonable priced for the location.

Right now contruction has just begun outside the hotel on the oposite side of the petronas towers, very noisy during the day!! also the wood behind the bathroom door was rotting away due to moisture. and late check out was not accomodated for, very fursterating for people who have late flights.

On both nights, I was bitten by fleas in bed. I arrived at the hotel clean and had a bath each night before going to bed, and by morning, I had insect bites all over.
Otherwise, the room visually looked clean, and the bathroom looked ok. The Executive suite seemed a bit small and lacking in features that would make it an "Executive Suite" and seemed more like a normal room but with a bigger bed.

With my previous experience staying in this hotel knew which type of room to book, as during my last visit my room was over looking the construction site and noisy. The room and cleanliness was good the location is Excellent for buissness, visitors and also for the families. Highly recommend.

Not a very good hotel to stay unless you want to be at walking distance to Petronas Tower. The service is not that good.

The location is very good. Front office reception desk staff except the guy who received us were not very friendly may be because my skin colour or as I am a Sri Lankan.

The hotel is well located around a few top most attractions of KL, like, Petronas Towers, Aquaria, Petrosains, KLCC Suria, KLCC Park / Mosque, Avenue K etc.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, its in the middle of everything & super close to the MRT. The staff was very helpful as well.
