Hotel is clean, friendly staff and convenient location if you have to fly early. One big disadvantage is that they clean rooms at night when guests want to sleep. This makes too much noise (+ hallways are already noisy due to tiled halways)

This is the second time we have stayed at the Concorde Inn with our extended family, including grandchildren. The accommodation offered is functional and of an acceptable standard for an overnight stay. The pool and the dining facilities were an added bonus. Staff were very helpful and the courtesy bus to KLIA was an excellent service.
The evening menu in the restaurant is very good with a mixture of Western, Malay and Chinese food. The buffet is highly recommended, but be careful not to overendulge. There is a good ambience with the evening entertainment.
In brief, this hotel is well suited to an overnight stay when an early morning flight connection is required and you want to avoid the hassle of the commute from KL.

strongly recommended for anyone who needs to destress himself / herself.
and for families with children - not ideal for city lovers.
The Gardens are beautifully maintained and the bird life is fantastic.
The pool is always clean and the Gym is superb.
The service is always with a smile.
They make you feel at home . I am coming back to spend more time here next visit.

the hotel refuse I pay them in cash mony infront desk ; they toled me will get it from the AWD. Iwas wander why.

concorde is what we would consider an rm50 per night motel only, certainly not a hotel of quality.
the room was small, poorly furnished and presented with few if any facilities. after 7 hours on a plane with a 3 year old and payinf rm 350 for one night i was very dissapointed.

Hotel is okay for being close to the airport, other than that, do not stay there....the costs to go to KL city is expensive by taxi....so, if you are only overnight, fine, but do not plan on a long stay there.

The breakfast was wonderful with a wide spread of choices. The hotel is well landscaped and rooms are clean and spacious.
However we had problem with the water heater in our room and in the other room there were some mosquitoes flying around.
