What I do not like is, they allow customers to smoke in hotel lobby

Obviously had never stayed in the Executive Superior room before. This room does not constitute my concept of superior and /or executive. The room fittings etc were basic only. Obviously had stayed in Premier room before. The Check-In/Reception desk needs to be moved away from the bar area, as once the group starts playing in the evening it is virtually impossible to hear the check-in staff.

Not enough plants inside to soften the emptiness in the hall.

The rooms seemed abit old... worn out... old style. I think the price did not really match the room, but the breakfast buffet and lobby did!

The hotel room required some renovation. Apart from that the hotel was of the standard expected. The dinning and drinking was reasonable priced and of acceptable quality. The entertainment provided at the Crossroads was exceptional. The hotel staff was polite and efficient. I will stay at the Concorde again

As mentioned above, 2 different rates were applied with which I do not agree. I think to be fare with all, it should be only 1 price inclusive of all costs involved (with complete breakdown of all prices).

The location is excellent but the hotel needs renovation, especially for the bathrooms, the corridors and the rooms.

I would suggest staying anywhere around the 12th floor and up. One is for street noise and 2nd is for room conditions. The lower floors ...probably 9 and below are probably not as nice as the lobby might portray. We stayed on the 13th floor (bad luck in America!) and our room has a great view and the bed was nice...but the rooms were a bit "frayed" about the edges and the commode leaked water. Honestly though, to stay in the heart of KL, have a great breakfast buffet and Hard Rock Cafe nearby for nightcaps and the monorail right there it was a great value for about $100 a night.
