RECEPTION SHOULD OPERATE TILL MIDNIGHT, LUCKLY WE MANAGE TO CHECK-IN, NOT KNOWING RECEPTION CLOSE AT 0800 HRS, ALTHOUGH I REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK-IN TILL 2200 HRS.

not enough signs from the carpark to the hotel reception. Hotel suite is very big which is good. Our room on the 3rd floor and opposite the reception block where we had a good view. However, the suite needs to be renovated, fixed, especially the toilets...would also prefer the place to be carpeted which will make the suite more cosy. The hotel had a nice pool area for swimming and relaxing...F&B outlets close early. There should be at least one 24hr outlet for guest to have coffee and chit chat...overall nice place for family time..

We'd love the place. It's beautiful and just right for relaxation. The room & the ambience is lovely too.

should have more marketing /promotion so that more people is aware of the hotel/resort . Cleanliness needs improvement. Like the theme and ambience of the resort .Good holiday destination .
