Hotel could not provide a room for all 4 nights. So had to change room after first night! Which defeat the purpose of me staying at only 1 hotel.
There was no water supply for 2 hours on 2 of the days (13 & 14 Jul)!

Restaurants do not have any choices for Vegetarians. Even there was no Vegetarian items in the buffet breakfast

Great location! Only 3-5 minutes walking distance to the Patong beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the room - the design, cleanliness and space.

Everything was comfortable but the Gala dinner a rip off for the price, very boring . Not a single drink served free and it should not have been compulsory. The music was bad, the food average . Other hotels were offering much more for the same price.

Lovely hotel with big rooms, was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax with a drink or a book, in good location just far enough away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to every thing. Only complaint we had was with the shower as it went hot cold a lot but thats nothing. Would recommend this hotel to other people

Rooms are not cleaned on a regular base. Sometimes there were no clean towels or complementery water provided. Knowledge of the Engish language is below the minimum; I get the impression, that the Staff in 1995 spoke better English...
