I had a very good staying - compliments to the whole staff! Very friendly, attentive and professional. The Club Bamboo is a quiet location with good connections to the beach (own beach-resort with shuttle-bus) and the entertainment-locations. I will come back to Club Bamboo in my next vacation!

Club Bamboo Boutique Resort has a nice ambience, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the resort also provide suttle bus service which makes it very helpful and save us from walking under the hot sun.

The hotel is really nice with friendly staff, allthough their english could be better. The place itself looks like its from a fairytale, beautyfull jungle haven. The rooms are clean but there was a sligt smell of mold or old moisture or something equivalent.

The hotel is nicely located...I guess for the price you cant get closer to Patong...Its only a guess...The room felt really humid, old, and there was pretty much no light...The lock of the door was very off putting and looked like anyone could go into the room with minor trouble...The worst part has to be the noise from people working next to the hotel which started at around 7h30am on both nights...No need to say that meant sleeping about 3 hours each night...pretty bad when you consider that a hotel is meant for sleeping...I advised reception and nothing was done about it as it was outside the hotel premises...Understandable...Still in a guest point of view, no sleep= bad experience...If I had been back home theres no way I would have paid a penny for my stay..Being in Thailand you just go along and carry on with your holidays..Wouldnt recommend...oh and keep your key with you at night as when I came back there was no one manning reception and I had to wait until the receptionis came back...

Because we were just staying for 2 nights they gave us the worst room/location possible.Next to us on 1 meter distance construction work was going on. In front of the room a terrible smell (sewing system) was very disturbing. The reception told us that no other rooms were available and refund or other hotel was not discusible.

I have no complaints on the service, friendliness of the staffs as well as the hotel cleanliness, food, size of room etc... But I would not recommend this hotel for those with toddlers as the hotel is quite out of the way and requires some uphill walking (the hotel is located up in a hill) which can be quite dangerous. Luckily the hotel do provide hourly free shuttle service which was a great help.
