In general, the staff was very cordial and friendly. The tour guide was quite helpful and did her best to ensure everything was to our advantage.

We stayed in one of the Lotus Villas and found them a little outdated in there decor and condition and were charged an extra 800 baht each per night for childrens single beds.
The Thai staff whilst good were not up to the level of service that i have previously experienced in other similar resorts in Thailand.
Overall a good place to holiday if you have young children whom like the pool lots of friends.
The kids club dissapointing though

We have previously stayed at two other hotels in Patong Beach and without hesitation we would definately stay at this hotel again. The gardens are a bonus it has views, location and spaciousness, a well run hotel.

It is the most beautiful resort that I have been to so far. I fell in love with the ambiance of the resort, the space and the beautiful gardens and pools. I also liked the view from our room, it overlooked a very private and beautiful Thai garden.
The only thing that concerned us is that at breakfast, birds were flying in and were nibbling on the food and they also put their beaks in the milk container We had to alert a waiter to what was happening and he had to inform a guest that they had to throw away their food because we told them that 2 birds were helping themselves. I think something should be done about it, even thinking of using covers on the milk jugs etc. Apart from that I will definitely be staying at your beautiful hotel again.

Water from the pipeline of toilet was leaking. Room number was 211.
All of towels were missing at 2nd night. On top of that, we asked to deliver, but did not quickly, so asked again, but not delivered quickly again. Service was poor.

Rooms a little old, but reasonably big. mattress was too soft. However overall good value for money.
