Water from the pipeline of toilet was leaking. Room number was 211.
All of towels were missing at 2nd night. On top of that, we asked to deliver, but did not quickly, so asked again, but not delivered quickly again. Service was poor.

Rooms a little old, but reasonably big. mattress was too soft. However overall good value for money.

Club Andaman is in an excellent location with beautiful grounds and pool areas. Our interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family of five and cleanliness was excellent. Room service when used was super fast and the quality of food ok to very good. Unfortunately, many of the hotel staff had very limited English language skills and this sometimes required several repeated conversations to place an order. The in-house food and drinks were quite expensive by local standards. You should note that loud music started at about 11.00pm every night from the nearby RockCity restaurant making it difficult to get to sleep at night. Overall, this hotel provided a very good level of facilties and service (relative to the cheap room rate from AWD) and I would stay here again.

Club Andaman was a great place to stay - very convenient in Patong and great facilities (especially the 2 pools!). The room was great with a nice tile floor to keep the room cool and also the TV has HBO which was nice for the days that rained!

Truly excellent resort for the price. Great and friendly atmosphere. Very courteous staff was ready and willing to assist me with all my needs while staying there. The facilities were great as well, I truly enjoyed the poolside restraunt and massage parlor.

From airport pickup to hotel checkin, the services is fantastic. Great services and great experience. A great way to start a holiday. A big 5 star to the front desk staffs. Well done !!!
