This hotel was amazing, it was very small and personal. the staff were fantastic. we did not leave the pool side. we had a great holiday and wished we had longer there. we will be returning to this hotel very soon. this really was 5*....

We visited Hotel Cliff in Ao Nang in January. The Cliff was a paradise to us: It was peaceful and beautiful site, where everything worked out fine. Service was nice and friendly and food was excellent! The staff of the Cliff were able to offer you exactly what you desired for. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends who search for an excellent place to stay.

The tranquility of the hills and lush greenery surrounding the hotel made us feel relax and comfortable. The service was excellent, the atmosphere made just right - not too cramp with guests and with ample privacy.

The staff at The Cliff is very friendly, with an unbelievable attention to detail. They set up both rock climbing and a cooking class for us. Every time we went out on something they had arranged, the staff asked us specifically how it had been. Very accomodating. Breakfast served outside the room every morning was wonderful! Try the fried rice with Prawns!

Good but Pricey for the Ao Nang Area. Area is very developed and full of tourists. The Cliff offers a great pool, very nice rooms, and a very helpful staff. You should know beforehand that all of the great activities in Krabi are at least a 30 minute trip from the hotel (namely Railley Beach, Kayaking, islands)

Krabi - Ao Nang was the last leg of our journey so we were there to unwind which is exactly what we did. The pool is lovely and the back drop of the limestone rock formations were fantastic! it was only 2mins in a tuk tuk to go to the beach and to where the shops and other restaurants were but shops and restaurants lined the street on the way down to the beach if you felt like a walk. We walked most of the time and only walked on the beach, never sunbathed on it as we were happy to stay around our pool. Lovely view from the beach also tho. We had brekie outside our room every morning which was great. U ordered the day before and choose a time and it was there ready for when you woke up! lovely all-round brekie too! We only ever had lunch and drinks in the restaurant but that was yummy. I was expecting the place to be bigger but rooms are all nestled into palms trees etc that it looked small from the offset. I would have preferred a larger room but the outdorr bathroom with the biggest showerhead made up for it! Staff were very helpful and always friendly!

The staff was fantastic--very attentive in every way they could be. In all of our travels we have never been anywhere that compares in service.
