We loved the location, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast, and good food at the restaurant.

Myself and my fiance had a brilliant time stopping at the Cliff, all of the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpfull and made us feel really welcome. The pool was lovely to relax by and the location was great and nice walk to and from the beach and restaurants but not too far. We were very sad to leave!

Excellent service, the best we found in Thailand. Because of that I´m really sorry I have to say this, but the rooms are verry verry small, so is the outside bathroom, rooms were a little bit smelly, pillows verry smelly - we had to ask for new ones two times, may mosquitos. Conclusion: Besides the verry good service the rate is much too high for a room like that, would definetly never stay there again, but return for having dinner as the food was excellent.

Hotel location is good but rooms are all very close together, so the tranquil setting as displayed on the website is never really felt. We stayed in the suite which was not value for money, compared to other excellent hotels (I recommend the Peace Laguna 2 mins down street) unfortunately this hotel is simply tired and needs renovating and probably new management.

We booked this hotel on the strength of recent reports on Trip Advisor - we hoped it would be similar to Poppies (Bali & Koh Samui), but were rather disappointed, particularly with the size of the rooms which were also very dark & dreary. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful & arranged for us to move rooms quickly when we were intially given a very dark room amongst the overgrown foliage

Overall very good services and smilling from the hotel staffs. Very good food served too! Very clean and refreshing environement.
But the condition for the resort is a bit old, we encounter water leaking from the root to our bed on 1 night when heavy downpours happened. Lucky the rain stopped and not getting the bed wet. Another problem on the door lock which is not in good condition, easily for break-in.

The best thing about this hotel is its service and faultless hospitality. The standard room which we booked was somewhat small with no place to put our luggage and only one drawer in which to stow our clothes. The bathroom facilities are outside. We arrived to a rainstorm, and nothing in the bathroom stayed dry. The restaurant presentation is lovely, but the cooked food is very mediocre.
