excellent staff and you get so much more value for your money. its just a little out of the way but if you dont mind the extra taxi fares, its a good option with rooms twice the size of even some of the more expensive hotels

Got in very late and the staff was great. I was there only for 10m hours just to sleep after a long flight.
The room was very nice, clean, shower & rest room very nice too.
Large room for the money and an upscale feel to the rooms. I will stay there in the future.

Lovely hotel, beautiful, clean rooms, offerng good value for money. Only 5 minute walk to the Skytrain. However the Spa bath & jacuzzi were out of commision which was a shame as the picture on the website made it look very appealing & helped swing it. All in all though a nice, clean & safe stay

Very good service, my baggage did not arrive from my flight into Thailand. The receptionist was very helpful and was constantly contacting the airline for me. Also, very good value for money.

the in-room internet never worked. Got a phone call from receptionist in the morning asking to pay for the room when the room has already been paid for at check in.

I choose the hotel because it was close to the german embassy. The hotel is hidden very well, a bit away from most of the traffic. The room was nice and big and had a little balcony to enjoy the view over BKK, as I was staying in the 8th floor. Overall good value for money
