I have requested for double bed but only got 2 single beds despite booking quite well in advance.This is disappointing.

cititel needs to provide free-of-charge WiFi in every room.Or at least set up[ a smal cyber cafe

Hotel service is good but try getting taxi - half of the time the taxi drivers are con men, asking for high price, or adjusting meters. The Hotel Management should not have allowed the taxi drivers to control them - fancy paying extra RM2.00 to get in a taxi and then facing meter adjustment . What a dishonest lot. A disgrace to all Malaysians. RM17.00 to get to Pavillion and a honest taxi driver only ask for RM10.00 from Jalan Umbi to the hotel. He even pointed out the correct fare is only RM7.00

if can..open more 24 hour mamak or cafe.at least midnite still got place to drink or eat when hungry...y no have any 7 eleven or 24 hour shop around the hotel?

One of the house cleaning maid left a note for me on her duties done and boiled water for me. TQ

the room is small . I stayed in 18th floor/non smoking floor but I saw anybody smoked in this floor , so smelt

Rooms are pretty small, considering the price, but clean and well appointed. Coffee shop unable to cope with breakfast crowd and there was a line of 30 odd people waiting outside. We gave up and ate elsewhere.
