The services were excellent and fast from the bell boys, the taxi, the room services. I found the cleaners very honest. They collected all my coins & put them together in the ash tray which is seldom seen at other hotels. The towels & other are changed daily which i like the most but the coffee house for breakfast was a bit crowded and noisy. The waiter should go around to ask & entertain customer to ask what they need. Not enough glasses for drink, we have to wait or else all are excellent. Sorry for the negative comments

Our reservations were all twin share, therefore disappointed that only single toothbrush & bedroom slippers were provided. Even after makeup of room also did not replenish.

Superior room small and cannot accomodate three people. Location is excellent for shopping with plenty of Food outlets and variety right at doorstep. Will stay again.
