breakfast was terrible!
charge a little more and serve better quality of food.
hygene in breakfast area was bad, food left open and kids putting hands into rice
no one monitered the area
i asked for orange juice and was told there is none left! at 9am!
next morning ate at deli france.staff were ok slow but ok

The room is quite nice..location as well quite conveniece since is near the monorail station.

fairly priced, not very well located,rooms are ok not very good.window room is a must.for budget hotel it is ok. all over if ure using it just to sleep at night its value for money.

Hotel room clean and air condition cool and service good but location surrounding of hotel bad many indonesian foreigner worker. If I drive car next time i never think of staying here because entrance car parking at the back small and smelly lane make me shock. i really not happy to the entrance that why i cancel my second day stay.

What I want are listed below:
1.The hotel has good staff but without warmth.Its like talking to a brickwall.
2.No ASTRO.Bad choice during football season.
3.No boiler inside room.
4.No teacups.
5.No map of KL.

i have two kids one 6years and one 12years and i told them too i need one extra bad in spacial rekvesh too. when i go in hotel they give small room and i have tke bib room with extra pay for that as well.

Overall the hotel is clean and user friendly, is just the air-condition and basin water tap malfunction.
