Hotel located just opposite to Puduraya Bus Terminal and has easy access to both BUS & TRAIN. Very close to China Town and Indian Hotels.

The hotel is indeed value for money. The free breakfast was great. I came during the month of Ramadan and so a dinner buffet was also available for only MYR20.

staff were friendly. rooms vey small, breakfast very poor, rooms had damp, did have free internet.

the room is good enough compare to the price. to make it better, i think the hotel management should provide car parking.

The rooms were OK but i tried several times to call at the reception from my room and none of my called was replied! The breakfast was not good. (cold)

Toilet facilities is pretty bad. Toilet door with hole. The air-cond after service still the same. Humid and hot in the room. Water pipe cannot hang well. Towel and bed sheet will small hole. TV channel is totally blur and not clear viewing although after the maintenance guy repaired but still the same output. No daily hotel newspaper. Staying 6 days only one time newspaper supply by the hotel. The Citin Cafe provides the same foods in the 6 days. Foods are the same every day. Dirty carpet.
