Hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, but lots of room. VERY, VERY loud at night. Not a place to take a young family as we were woken several times each night with music and fireworks

diffcult to get rest because people start fireworks during the night (3:00am) and even after complain for the hotel it os not stop.
Swimming pool is one of the best in the Chaweng beach.
Cleanliness is ok but service coud be better not just friendly.
New year dinner eve was extremely expensive and is unfair it to be compulsory...just be careful and avoid it in our booking.

Hotel was nice, but a bit over priced in comparison to adjacent resorts that were less money and seemed to be nicer. We had to switch rooms once because all of the bungalows around us were being renovated and it was quite noisy. That being said, room service was excellent and the included breakfast had something for everyone.

Nice location. Good Room, but the water in the bathroom from the shower and the toilet comes up on the bathroom-floor. They don`t repair the channel. Sometimes they pump the shit in the garden. Thats not so nice. The beds on the beach are not in good conditions.

Too close to the noisy disco on the other side of the road, a lot of noice from 2300 to 0200.
Very friendly hotel staff.
