Great location but towels are worn and grey, no face towels supplied, 1 set of bathroom aminities is a bit poor and the overall impression of the 75 sqm room was spacious but a bit dated with all dark braun doors. The interior lighting and furniture is from yesterday, suggest to steal some ideas from sister hotel Natural Ville which keeps looking fresh and stylish despite its poor built quality.

Superb location and good service from staff. English language knowledge ok, but could be better. The building is a bit old, but reasonable well maintained. Main advantage: location and size of rooms (I had a double bedroom, it was huge and very convenient and well laid out, with very nice kitchenette). A bit strange: the jacuzzi bath and the safe box are in the auxiliary bedroom and not in the master bedroom. Main disadvantage: Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, and there is a small insect infestation in some cracks in the walls and furniture which could turn into a major problem if we had to stay any longer, as they obviously can not fix it quickly.
