The wardrobe doors are broken and squeky. Balcony doors were jam. Mosquitoe infested especially the lobby. Do not open room windows. Hotel faces abandon project and invited alot of mosquitoe.

Good location, nice hotel and nice apartment . Very convenience for big family travel together. GOOD!

Only one variety of breakfast ( N. Lemak) on 29/11/08 and that too finished at 9.00am Have to wait 30 mins for them to get it ready again. Found live cockroach in bathroom. Pipe in kitchen leaking.Rooms not clean with webs. Overall like 2 star hotel.

From the overall experiences, this hotel is not bad. But the choice for the breakfast is not so many, but the food is acceptable.

The hotel is value for money.It is one of the best place to stay for a whole family trip.the close proximity to kuah town is another plus point here.

Its quite a relaxing place to stay. The only thing was that the cleaners never washed the cups and plates, just dont know why...

Cleanliness was an issue. We were shown 3 separate rooms, all of which had problems with cleanliness of bed sheets. Some pillows were stained; there were hairs on some beds. In one flat, the front of the fridge was covered in grime.
We only stayed 1 night out of the 4 we had booked, and looked for another hotel.

Had I known that it would be have been as bad as it turned out to be, I would not have even thought of staying at Century Suria. The rooms had not been cleaned properly, the sheets and pillow cases were not fresh (we found hair on the sheets and pillow cases), and cockroaches in the kitchen. The toilets were simply horrible - dirty fittings, filthy shower curtains, etc. The breakfast was a joke - the only thing that I would bring myself to eat was the watermelon !!
