the hotel charges RM10 if they find the towel to be on the floor. they will make allegation that the towel is used as a floor mate (stated in their terms&conditions), but we did not use as floor mate, just merely left the towel after use when checking out on the floor of the bathroom. An extremely unreasonable and unfriendly manner in handling customers at time of checking out.
