A nice enough hotel that is around 10 minutes from the beach and also Kata centre. Spa needs to be developed and the rooms are very basic with the level of cleanliness needing to be improved

The room cleaner was veyy good and kind peoples, but we had big problem to open the door to room. We told about that tree times before anything happend.
THAT WAS PROBLEM . We toght we become Deluxe Room, but it is only orderneray room the have to offer when I ask if I had become wrong room. The room standard is ordenary and not more. I stay many times in hotel in Asia every year.

If you reserve be sure that your confirmed hotel room rate is in Baht and not in Dollar. Otherwise you will loose through the coveration rate!!!!

We stay at family suite and room was perfect for litle family like as (2 child) but third child could fit in just fine. Child play room was something very special that our kids like very much.Hotel have a wi-fi internet that you cant find at hotel own site but it was nice suprice back packers like as. Litlle out of center of kata but only 5 min walk.

Great Hotel, great place to stay with children ... fantastic family suites, nice Kids club, friendly staff ! Excellent food ... just a bit too far from the beach if you are with young children (10-15 mns walk... in the heat of Thailand.... it is quite long !!!!! ) but GREAT BEACH !

The staff is very cooperative and friendly.Always helpful.
Beach is only walkingdistance.
The pickup and drop from airport to hotel and retuen was on time.

Centara Kata Resort is a great place. The pool is excellent and the swim up bar is convenient. The restaurant food is great, although the Thai food is very spicy. Everyone is helpful and friendly and there is a shuttle to the beach, however it finishes at 11am. Sometimes however, it can get frustrating as some of the staff are not to good with English, apart from that it was pretty good.
