If you are coming here for honeymoon, this is definitely a good place for you. We actually booked for deluxe room however we found out that we were given 2 queen bes in the room and mosquitos found in this room type due to lagoon view. a bit dissapointed. it looks old too. The day after we went to front desk to pay a little bit more to get upgrade to honeymoon suite. This suite is just over my expection very contemporary design, sea view, a jacuzzi and a decorated love shape flower on the bed. really really nice... and value for money. I would recommend to go for this suite.

Had bad experience with some of the staff. One in particular, Benjamin had bad attitude and actually scolded me when I asked why we were not being served. Another at the pool also had bad attitude. However, the girls at the kids room served our children very well, in particular- Mon

Centara Karon is a nice resort in the heart of Karon Beach. The hotel has all the facilities, although they may not be the best (spa). Definitely acceptable. We love the lobby and restaurant with its open air and modern/artistic looks. Great to chill and have a drink at the lobby. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
The room looks a little old but is clean. The only complaint was that the shower drained poorly and the toilet water was little brown/yellow.
Another nice accommodation here is how they separate area for the rooms, pool and restaurant for families.
I would recommend this hotel to others.

The location is good and the pool is excellent. The rooms have a used look about them and are in need of a makeover.

Hotel Staffs was very friendly and helpful. However, our room have got pest and eletrical problems during the 5 days we were stay there.

Good staying and relexing environment, very new, the facilities especially the swimming pool is very good, but the reciption people are quite sllow in response and not as polite as i expected, not enough shuttle from reception to respective resort area, have to wait for some time for the shuttle

The layout of the hotel was spread out with 2 pools and one more on its way. Some construction going on nearby. Decor is very modern with a black & white theme in the lobby. Rooms were nicely decorated but on the small side and no bathtubs. Location is within 5 mins walk to Karon Beach with lots of shops in the front. Not as much shopping here. It would be better in Patong. Overall, Karon is a great place for rest and relaxation away from the bustle in busier areas of Phuket.
