Our stay was wonderfull. we loved the wonderfull area, the nice garden, the great beach and also the pool, the friendliness of the people, the famous thai restaurant and the giant breakfastbuffet, the nice and clean room ... for us, just everything was perfect.

The hotel location is excellent , it is situated in Cheweng beach which is the center of all the good places. The hotel service is excellent and both the pool and the beach is clean and amazing. I recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a nice 5 star hotel with a location.

Hotel Restaurants all have good quality food but a little limited and as they are not that busy the staff are packing up at 10pm ! Japanese and Thai Restaurant staff excellant service but a civilised lunch ( as opposed to fast food delivered to your sun lounger ) at the "Palm Grove" was absolutely terrible !! 6 staff members standing around a corner talking while customers waited 20 mins at the tables for any service !!!! My recommendation = stick with fast food or Go elsewhere !

The hotel was wonderful, very calm, even though near full occupancy. The location is great if you want good access to the local shops, restaurants and nightlife. The beach is wonderful and it is great to walk along and stop off at the other beach front bars etc, but it does need a good clean up. Would certainly recommend the Club facilities at the hotel.
