It is very good hotel with good service, i think it is the best hotel in Krabi. I will stay in hotel again if I visit Krabi again.

el horario de los transfer de barco desde el hotel al muelle en AO NAG no se cumplian siempre, variaban de un dia a otro. no es un hotel apto para personas ancianas o con problemas de movilidad, es necesario usar mucho el barco para entrar y salir del hotel, ademas el muelle al llegar al hotel es flotante con movimiento constanste por las olas. por lo demas todo excelente. volveria a repetir hotel . la situacion excelente.

The location was great. View is super. The only problem we had was the room and the club lounge had too many red ants crawling on the food.

Paradise! Was totally rejuvenated after stay. Perfect for those who wants a quiet getaway. Beautiful rooms, good food, great service. It is a little pricey, but would definitely recommend for those who can afford.

The Hotel Is very Very nice, really overpriced food and drinks!! as if they did not get enough $$$ for the rooms alone. Resort staff not as friendly as they should be for the amount we paid for the resort rooms. Overall good stay, not sure If I would go back, a little inconveince for the boat ride to an nang. Staff need better customer service training. Also dont pay if you dont get a receipt for the charges, We had a guy that charged his charges to our room!!!! Check your bill and I got sickfrom the water in a drink at the resort

Superb Team working at Centara... They have exceeded our expectations of the resort.. Most importantly, we felt the warmth and friendliness in each and every staff working there!! It makes us feel that we are just at home...

Be prepared for boat transfer to resort - ok if weather is fine and sea is calm but if not, can be dangerous!
