The hotel was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately there were some difficulties with checkout, as we were misinformed about the time we needed to depart to reach the arport, but we were provided with support from the hotel to rectify this. The hotel comes highly recommended though the service for breakfast, including the time it was available, could be improved. Overall though a great place to stay, helpful with arranging our trip to the Night Safari and very conveniently located near the Night Bazaar. Would return.

The hotel is in an excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. I cannot report anything negative about the hotel. There were some comments in reviews about the slow speed of the lifts......this seems to have been sorted out.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Chaing Mai night Market. It has a nice swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet. The room was ok but had a bit of a "dusty" smell.

Friendly and informative hotel pick up service. near night market. near food, friendly hotel staff, many massage palces nearby as well as tour guides, friendly people, hotel breakfast has enough variety for all diets in general.

Very friendly and helpful front desk;
Allowed us to check-in at 11:00am with a free upgrade to Delux room. Decided to extend three more nights but have to book online to enjoy similar rate as offered by Asia Web (but with compulsory breakfast)

Good impression of hotel & comments by my wife upon arrival. Our stay was superb and enjoyable although we don't have much time to using the facilities. Would recommend others for this hotel and will come back to stay on our next vacation.

The sheets on the bed were not changed for the entire week i was there. I am positive about that and i have a witness that will verify it. An impressive lobby does not make a good hotel. I was quite disgusted and would never stay at any of the Centara hotels based on my experience of the Chiang Mai Centara. Please pass on my disappointment. I will also let my friends and associates know about it.
