In common with many other large hotels in Thailand this establishment has high charges for Internet use whereas boutique hotels and budget accomodation are now providing free WiFi - this is no longer acceptable and free Internet access should be provided at no additional cost. Also the design and decor of the hotel are dated betraying the fact that the building stood incomplete for many years and has only been opened relatively recently. The room carpets were stained.

Disappointed in this relatively new hotel. Not enough lifts for the number of guests and problems as outlined above. Will avoid this hotel in future.

Great breakfast, to accommodate all tastes and cultures. Service and facilities were excellent. Nothing was too much for the staff, who were always polite, courteous and helpful. Location next to the night market was a bonus for great value evening meals and shopping.
Interestingly, there are only a few double beds in the hotel, and we ended up in single beds each time we stayed.

Excellent value, better than expected for standard room. Large room, in good condition. Separate shower, toilet and bath was small, but no problem. Vanity outside bathroom area. All manchester in very good condition. Breakfast was huge with a wide variety. Reception staff were very polite and spoke good English. Also tourist office in lobby were extremely helpful. My friend became ill and reception staff arranged for doctor immediately. All in all, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately there were some difficulties with checkout, as we were misinformed about the time we needed to depart to reach the arport, but we were provided with support from the hotel to rectify this. The hotel comes highly recommended though the service for breakfast, including the time it was available, could be improved. Overall though a great place to stay, helpful with arranging our trip to the Night Safari and very conveniently located near the Night Bazaar. Would return.

The hotel is in an excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. I cannot report anything negative about the hotel. There were some comments in reviews about the slow speed of the lifts......this seems to have been sorted out.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Chaing Mai night Market. It has a nice swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet. The room was ok but had a bit of a "dusty" smell.
