The Burasari was excellent. The direct access to the pool room was brilliant. Great location from the Patong strip. All the staff are very accommodating and the buffet breakfast is amazing. We had a fabulous time!

I had a good stay at Burasari Hotel except for the noises out of the hotel. The condition and facilities are average good. The services of the staffs are excellent - they are friendly, courteous and always put on a smile.

More soap could have been provided in room. Also, room floor could have been mopped. There were hairs from previous customers on floor and bed.

Our room had many, many ants including in our bed. We got many ant bites overnight. We mentioned this to the hotel staff and they seemed indifferent. They did not change rooms for us or give a discount/refund.

fantastic hotel would love to stay again. latestays gave excellent value again. wish i could afford the normal rates so i could stay anytime. only with latestays could i afford to stay here. this is the fourth time i found super value with latestays.

Hotel is overdue for renovating. The rooms require immediate attention as the furnishings are old and require replacement. The mirrors in bathroom are rusty and the tiles are also chipped and mouldy/old. The rooms are what they are displayed as, but it is not a 4 star hotel. The pool area is the best! But the chairs and umbrellas require replacing as they are old and damaged and the decking around the pool is damaged. Even the stairs between levels of the hotel are dirty/mouldy.

I had some minor problem during check in but it was fairly compensate. The management are very helpful and assist us to thier most effort. So far my four days stay was good and the service are superb. Location are just steps away from beach and local people are friendly. I will definately go back to Burasari if I have a chance to return!
