Nice place and friendly environment with low price... amazing! The concept of room full with thai authentic, like in Tropic country Burasari is the local best one hotel in Phuket.

Beautiful gardens throughout the place and nice pools are the highlights. On our visit the shower keep blocking up, even after they sent a plumber and the daily cleaning of our room was pretty poor for the quality & price of the hotel.

Standard rooms are nothing to write home about .we had to upgrade and pay an extra 1500tb to get a decent room but the hotel itself was very nice and the staff were also.

Nice hotel but the room was old, small & faced the hotel next door which was being renovated. The noise from the construction was loud from 7am every day. The double bed was only 2 single beds placed together & was uncomfortable

Great Location, poolside access rooms fantastic, Fantastic young Irish Manager "Conor" Great food and top executive Chef "Daniel Vincent" in the Floyds Brasserie of Keith Floyd fame. Pay a little exta for the pool access rooms you will not regret it, just walk into the private pool from your own pool deck to cool off when you like. Very close 50mts to beach and shops highly recommended Hotel/Resort. Ray & Sandy Brisbane Australia.

I love it when they replenish the F & B daily and the beach bag and beach towels are great items for us beach lovers. Only 1 complain, the metal soap holders next to the bath tube is pointed out, rather than built into the wall so it can be dangerous when you are moving about in the bath tube....for whatever reasons....:-)
