So many guests have come from South Asia countries such as Malaysia and a few from Europe and Americas. General atomosphere is warm and confortable.

I felt that the hotel was rather run down. Our room had a fair amount of mold growing in the celing and there were holes in the walls around the outlets. The carpets were mouldy and stained.

We were treated very well At the B.P. Chaing Mai Hotel. For the price the hotel was well
worth it. The Hotel staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean,a little out dated but
very large.The breakfasts are very good.We would stay there again the next time we go back
to Chiang Mai.

NIce hotel with all the facilities and a very courteous hotel staff. The rooms are good and getting better with some more work being done. Economical and at a nice quiet place accessible from all key landmarks in chiang mai

2nd day's afternoon,robby was filled with dusts without any notice. they were
under construction. but,bell boy was excellent,so kind.
