1. Mostly friendly and helpful service. I moved to another hotel, The Concorde, after this visit, and found the smiles to be in short supply here.
2. Taxi service good, except for the non-hotel taxis, who were surprisingly in the hotel taxi line. They were assigned to us by hotel staff. These cabbies refused to use the meter, and charged extra for the luggage in the boot.
3. The bell hop who showed his dismay when we declined to wait for him while he served other guests who had just arrived after us. He refused us the newspaper he had in hand, as we took our bags off his trolley, to go upstairs urgently.
4. Otherwise, in my experience, Boulevard Hotel offers superior service.

Would have to be one of Asias hidden treasures. Best staff, best facilities, all combining to make any travellers perfect stay.

I tried to book roomby calling reservationsand told no rooms available but for suites. On internet I found what I wanted. Disappointed that Hotel seem to have apolicy to "slaughter" call-in reservations.

Thouroughly enjoyed my stay at The Boulevarde. The staff were accomodating and very helpfull with my requests for information and tours. Beds are comfortable so I had a good rest in a strange bed. The Wild Rice Restaurant were happy to serve Hotel guests without a booking on a very busy night. I certainly recommend anyone to stay.

On arrival, poor service in attending to our luggage bags as there wasn´t anybody there. The quality and the variety of the breakfast has gone done. The indian lady refused to make scramble eggs for my daughter.

The checking in and out were quite fast and smooth. The receptionist were very good and warmth. Breakfast at executive lounge was a pleasant experience.
